Labour Connect is currently recruiting experienced High Reach, Counterbalance & LO Operators for an industry-leading client based in Erskine Park, Horsley Park, and Kemps Creek. These positions offer ongoing day shift work, great team culture, and strong potential for long-term opportunities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- High Reach putaways, replenishment & pallet movements
- Counterbalance forklift operation – loading/unloading trucks
- LO order picking, RF scanning & stock handling
- General warehouse duties & manual handling
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Current LF and/or LO licence
- Experience operating High Reach, Counterbalance, or LO machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and strong attention to safety
- Full working rights in Australia are required
