Civil Leading Hands – Sydney
We are currently seeking experienced Civil Leading Hands for ongoing work across Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, skilled individuals looking for long-term civil projects with extremely high-profile civil companies within the Sydney region.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of civil work experience
• Must hold relevant tickets beyond a White Card (VOCs, SOAs for rollers, dumpers, etc.)
• Additional tickets are highly preferred
• Ability to run levels, read plans, and interpret civil site requirements as if managing the site
• Experience working around heavy machinery
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Recent work references required
• Availability to work 6 days a week, minimum 10 hours per day
Pay Rate:
$40+ per hour (including penalties), depending on experience
